Our Offerings
Sacred Sound Healing
According to the law of physics, everything in the universe vibrates with a frequency, including our organs, bones, tissues, etc. If these parts of the body become imbalanced, they may be healed through projecting the proper and correct frequencies into the body. This happens at a cellular level. Working with frequencies can bring our bodies back into a healthy or normal state of vibration. Imagine being totally immersed in frequencies from sound waves from a combination of my Sacred Crystal Alchemy bowls, a gong, Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, bells, and tuning forks. This inward meditative journey allows you to let go and receive a realignment of your energetic body – emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
Sound and music have been used since ancient times (over 30,000 years) for healing and transformation, including by Hippocrates, the father of medicine. Today there is a growing re-emergence of interest in this field, including the National Institutes of Health—who has embraced sound and music as medicine. The bowls I use are unique in that they have been created with 99.99% pure quartz crystal alchemized with one or more of: rare earth, minerals, metals, gemstones, and other crystals. In the world of Sound Healing, they have only been around for a little over 20 years…but their ability to heal is extraordinary.
Scientific evidence from a review of 400 published articles on music and sound as medicine found strong evidence that they can improve mood, reduce stress, and provide physical pain relief. A study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that an hour-long sound bowl meditation helped people reduce tension and stress, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being. It also has been found to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and help deal with the heavy emotions stemming from grief, abuse, and loss.
I often combine this modality with others, especially my Embody and Transform® process. I truly believe in giving my clients a full-body experience that you deserve.
It’s entirely likely that this ancient practice will become more known and accepted as a viable healing modality.

Reiki
Reiki aids relaxation by assisting in the body’s natural healing processes and bringing about a sense of emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. Scientific research has it now being combined in medical facilities to help treat the side effects of chemotherapy,
Also, Clinical Trials has shown that the gentle nature of Reiki therapy can have a soothing effect on patients who find that they may become overwhelmed with fear and anxiety before invasive surgery. Research also shows that it induces deep relaxation, helps people cope with difficulties, relieves emotional stress, improves overall all well-being, and treats chronic pain.
Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury and/or emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki aims to channel life force energy and remove these blocks by creating healing pathways. It can improve the flow of energy around and within the body to enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness and disorders. I often combine Reiki with other healing modalities. I can treat you either in-person or virtually through long-distance healing.
Reiki is the gift of healing touch, connecting the mind, body and soul. Reiki is the language of energy, spoken through the heart.” Mikao Usui

Holistic Yoga Practice
My love of yoga and the various styles of it has led me to amassed over 1,000 hrs. of yoga training. My certifications include trauma-informed, yin, restorative, vinyasa, hatha, yoga for grief and loss, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Laughter. As a Meditation Teacher, I can combine it in a class that also includes physical postures (Asanas), breath awareness and control (Pranayama), meditation (Dhyana), and playing my Sacred Sound Bowls during the end-of-class resting posture (Savasana).
I practice Patanjali’s Ashtanga or eight-fold or -limbed yoga path where poses (Asanas) consist of only 1 of the 8 limbs. Collectively, they serve as guidelines for living a meaningful and purposeful life. My classes often use a theme based on one of the limbs or one of the 2 limbs that address integrity, and ethical standards (Yamas ) and self-discipline (Niyamas). Included in every practice is a breath control technique (another limb called Pranayama). I am quite fond of saying that we have within us the best resource to help us reduce stress and tension—almost immediately. This asset is free, is always available, and the only side effects are to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep!
Yoga was my lifesaver after a traumatic brain injury at work that ended my federal government career. It has helped me on a long path of recovery from that and other traumas and losses I’ve experienced. Also, it continues to be instrumental as a resource on my sobriety life path to help me create a “New Life” once I stopped drinking, along with the program I follow promoted by Women for Sobriety, Inc.
I love teaching older active adults and beginners. My style includes teaching Gentle; Beginners; Restorative; Yin; Chair; Grief, Trama, Loss; Gentle Aerial and Restorative Aerial. Currently, I teach Chair Yoga combined with a Sand Bath to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. It brings me a sense of purpose and humility working with those dealing with debilitating medical conditions.

Embody & Transform
Paul brilliantly uses a combination of somatic movement, vocal sound, and breath to help us become aware of where pain (emotional, physical and/or spiritual) is embedded in our bodies. Especially in this country, we are taught to bury our feelings after events that hit us unexpectedly.
More and more, experts, researchers, and neuroscientists are realizing that stuffing our emotions will only lead to a wide variety of disorders. We often take drugs to deal with or numb ourselves (I certainly did it too). The beauty of this process is that there are no drug-related side effects. Is it fun to let ourselves feel the painful emotions that we have long buried? Not really, yet this process can include laughter – which really is a wonderful medicine!

Life Coaching
My training combined the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, and positive psychology. Here are a few of my important beliefs:
Scientific studies have shown that our thoughts can directly influence physical and emotional health. E.g., studies have found that people who practice positive thinking and visualization techniques have improved immune function, lower stress levels, and better overall health outcomes.
The power of thoughts can directly impact our emotions, actions, and ultimately, our lives.. Thoughts are energy. Though subtle and invisible, they can affect reality.. Thoughts shape our character, our character shapes our actions, and our actions shape our circumstances. We are what we think.
In a nutshell, I can help you define what you want in life and have numerous techniques in my Life Coaching Treasure Chest to help you live a fulfilled life, by drawing on your own inner resources, strength and values.
My specialty is working with anyone going through a transition and/or is or has experienced trauma, abuse, grief, and loss. I may recommend combining Life Coaching with my other healing modalities so together we work to create a successful and meaningful result.
Gratitude is an emotion that reflects our deep appreciation for what we value, what brings meaning to our lives, and what makes us feel connected to ourselves and others.” Brene Brown
