Nourish, nurture, and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit while resting in long-held restorative yoga postures supported by blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This deep relaxation will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath with gongs, alchemy crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes, and bells.
